What data do we collect and why?

We collect the information you provide during your application (e.g. CV, cover letter, references).


This helps us evaluate your fit for the role and manage the hiring process.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

We process your data based on:

  • Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR – for recruitment and contract preparation
  • Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR – for legitimate interests (e.g. sourcing candidates)
  • Art. 9 GDPR / §26 BDSG – for sensitive data (if applicable)

How long do we store your data?

No consent → deleted after 30 days
Rejected applications → anonymized after 6 months
Talent pool → stored up to 2 years (with consent)
Hired → transferred to HR system

Who has access to your data?

Your data is accessed only by:

  • Talent Acquisition team
  • Relevant hiring managers

We use a secure ATS provider (USA-based, GDPR-compliant).


Your data is mainly stored within the EU.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct or delete it
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Request data portability

We may verify your identity before processing requests.
