Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (f/m/x)


Seven Senders is the leading delivery platform to ship parcels. The company connects shippers with its carrier network of over 100 carriers in Europe, enabling them to use excellent local shipping as a competitive advantage. With additional delivery services such as Claims Center, Insurance, Return Portal and Labels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Automated shipping notifications, tracking and monitoring solutions ensure a transparent shipping process. Monthly reports and analyses enable data-based optimization of international shipping performance. Shippers receive everything from a single source and reduce complexity. 

You have an impact on the following topics:

  • Support our people team as a Talent Acquisition Manager Tech (f/m/x) to find the best talents on the market. 
  • You are responsible to own the full cycle recruitment for our tech departments, from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • You fill and manage your candidate pipelines through job posts and active sourcing 
  • You work closely with your hiring managers and other key stakeholders in order to become an important sparring partner for the management and people team 
  • You ensure an excellent candidate experience with a strong communication 
  • You get creative in finding and reaching out to the right candidates in order to inspire them for Seven Senders - with emotions and empathy. Always authentic!

With these skills, you complete our team:

  • Tech-Savviness: you bring knowledge in a wide field of different tech environments and understand the competitive landscape for talents in the market
  • Communication: you are a to-the-point communicator, able to adapt your message and influence your target group, in verbal and written form as well as documentation
  • Organisational skills: you have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of tasks and complete them diligently
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing in the tech environment, ideally in a fast-growing company or recruitment agency 
  • You feel comfortable in an international, fast-growing company 
  • You are fluent in English; every other language is a plus
