We work data-driven, and highly analytical at each step of the customer journey with us. We are always interested in having the latest knowledge of the shipping landscape. This way, we can better understand our customers and create the best solutions. 

As the Online Researcher, you will support our teams by doing research, collecting data, and analyzing information from various online sources to create customer and competitor reports. 

 

The essence of your role:

• Performing market research in logistics and e-commerce online shops and their current shipping and IT solutions.
• Conducting extensive web research using websites, industry-specific magazines, news portals, job sites, Instagram/ TikTok/ LinkedIn, etc.
• Making test orders from online shops all over Europe and analyzing and evaluating the order and shipping process.
• Maintaining your research results and customer data using our SalesForce tool.

 

This is what you need to succeed:

• Experience and motivation for conducting research
• Working experience in logistics and/or e-commerce will be a big plus
• Fluency in Dutch language (C2) and English
• Willingness to take ownership, and work in an independent way
• High analytical skills and structured working style
