Senior Sales Manager (f/m/x) - Cross-border Logistics

With its leading delivery platform to ship parcels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Established in 2015, we have 300+ employees and have delivered over 100m+ parcels.

At Seven Senders, we have ambitious growth plans. Therefore we are looking for two senior sales managers in the United Kingdom with a focus on winning new parcel delivery contracts for goods from the UK to consumers in other European countries.

In this role, you will have a comprehensive portfolio of innovative services and products to acquire new customers and establish Seven Senders as the leading parcel delivery platform in the UK. You will directly report to our Managing Director and collaborate closely with European Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Marketing, and Finance Teams to offer tailored made logistics solutions to our customers. 

As a successful candidate, you will be passionate about delivering amazing service every day. Your career history will evidence experience within cross-border sales or similar environments and you’ll possess a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-based sales environment.

The essence of your role

  • Identifying and developing a ‘personal prospect funnel’ sufficient in size to fund new business targets as laid down in the company’s strategic plan
  • Identifying and pursuing regular trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis
  • Achieving all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company
  • Navigating long sales cycles, understanding the needs of the clients, and developing tailor-made solutions with the technical teams
  • Working with the Salesforce to record sales activities

This is what you need to succeed

  • +5 years of experience in the e-commerce transport space in the UK market 
  • Knowhow and experience in cross-border sales and the customs process are desirable
  • Expertise in negotiation and communication skills and high-achievement orientation
  • Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines
  • Fluent in written and oral English 


A fully clean driving license is essential as is a flexible approach to travel both in the UK and occasionally in Europe. 

Remuneration And Benefits

Your package will include an excellent basic salary plus a leading performance-related commission, a company car or cash allowance, a mobile phone, and Laptop.
