Sales Operations Specialist (w/m/x)

With its leading delivery platform to ship parcels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Established in 2015, we have 300+ employees and delivered 100m+ parcels thus far.

The Sales Operations Team oversees the operation of the Global Sales Organization (Focus Sales & Key Account Management), maintains and develops systems (e.g. CRM - Salesforce) and processes. It also includes enablement (contract management/invoicing). The team ensures that the interaction between all sales departments is aligned with the company-wide strategy in collaboration with all other stakeholders.

The essence of your role: 

As part of our Sales Team, you will work closely with our Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Management and support us in our mission to become the leading delivery platform in Europe. The most important tasks include:

  • Contract drafting and management in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Invoice verification and preparation
  • Clarification of customer queries regarding invoicing
  • Maintenance/monitoring of data in Salesforce
  • Writing Salesforce user guides and creating training videos
  • Testing changes in Salesforce before go-lives
  • Documentation of processes in Confluence and organisation of folder structures

With these skills you complete our team:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree
  • Experience in internal sales would be an advantage
  • Experience with a CRM system is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
  • Distinct customer and service orientation, commitment as well as high teamwork and organizational talent
  • Independent, result-oriented way of working, very good time management and high attention to detail
