Head of Sales, France (w/f/m)


With its leading delivery platform to ship parcels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Established in 2015, we have 250+ employees and have delivered 100m+ parcels thus far.

About Seven Senders in France 

At Seven Senders, we have ambitious growth plans. Our sales team in France is developing the French business with a focus on winning new parcel delivery contracts for goods from France to consumers in other European countries.

Currently, we are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our France Sales Team and accomplish our growth ambitions. The role will be based in France and report to our VP, European Sales.   

The essence of your role

  • Steer, develop and grow our parcel business from France into Europe 
  • Nurture the growth of our customer base and volume of parcels
  • Build, develop and guide a highly successful sales team 
  • Instill and inspire our customer enthusiasm culture
  • Establish, own, and deliver on revenue goals and key performance metrics for our French business  
  • Navigate long sales cycles and sign partnerships with C-level stakeholders
  • Be the face of Seven Senders at events and trade fairs 

This is what you need to succeed

  • Knowledge and experience in the e-commerce transport space in the French market 
  • Proven track record in sales and developing multimillion Euros in revenue 
  • Experience & passion for developing performance-oriented teams
  • You must be based in France or French-speaking Belgium
  • You have strong negotiating skills in front of key senior decision-makers 
  • Expert in pricing strategy/calculations
  • ‘Can do attitude
  • Native French and good English are a must
