The role is based out of the Paris office, and you will report to our Country Manager France.

You have an impact on the following topics:

As Senior Sales Manager B2B, you’ll be collaborating closely with our Country Manager France.

  • Manage, motivate, coach your great team
  • Develop the team members' sales skills
  • Motivate and monitor the daily activity and performance of your great team: data driven approach with weekly appointment scheduling objectives
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Identifying customer needs and suitable solutions
  • Participation in the development of new solutions to optimize the supply chain of our customers in cooperation with our logistics departments
  • Presenting offers and conducting all negotiations

You complete our team with these skills:

  • You already have managed a sales team in the past
  • You have experience in consultative B2B sales within logistics
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • Your network in the eCommerce sector is a good to have
  • You have a “hunting” sales spirit
