Seven Senders is building a team in Berlin to work on an ambitious “Same-Day-Delivery” project in Austria (working from Austria is also possible!). For this exciting project, we are searching for 2 working students to support our team. The focus of this position will be on Last Mile tour planning. The following tasks would lie in the following responsibility areas:

• You are responsible for correct address clarification
• You take over the planning with our existing Seven Senders tool
• You are responsible for checking the data and adjusting it manually if necessary
• You control the plan/actual comparison
• You are in daily contact with our local operating logistics partner
• You are responsible for performance analysis & discussions
• You define long-term goals
• You make operational adjustments & optimizations

With these skills, you complete our team:

• You are graduating from a university program with a focus on industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or similar
• You have a structured, reliable, and qualified way of working
• The first experience in operational transport processing would be an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a high degree of initiative
• Good knowledge of MS Office products - especially MS Excel
• Enjoy working in a diverse start-up environment
• Your employment should last at least 6 months, ideally 12 months
