With additional delivery services such as Claims Center, Insurance, Return Portal, and Labels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Automated shipping notifications, tracking, and monitoring solutions ensure a transparent shipping process. Monthly reports and analyses enable data-based optimization of international shipping performance. Shippers receive everything from a single source and reduce complexity.
The finance team at Seven Senders aims at providing the basis for all relevant finance and accounting processes for a truly data-driven company. You will be working together with our managers, reporting to the Head of Accounting & Taxes.
The following tasks are part of your exciting daily routine:
Assist accounting team on daily operational accounting tasks (mainly AP and GL) and become integrated into the existing team
Assist in supporting and enhancing our Month End Closing (MEC) and Year-End Closing (YEC) process
Actively support our financial initiatives, invoce registration, including further enhancement of tools and processes
You are enrolled at university with emphasis on economics, finance or any related subjects
Knowledge of finance and accounting is not required but an advantage
First experiences in e-commerce or start-up are an advantage
An open-minded personality with integrity and great communication
Good knowledge of German or/and English (written and oral)
Confident in the use of common MS Office applications or Google Docs
You are available 15-20 hours per week
