You have an impact on the following topics:

As part of our sales team, you will work closely with our sales managers and key account management and support us in our mission to become the leading delivery platform in Europe.

Located in the headquarter in Berlin, your tasks will be:

  • Processing, creation and digital dispatch of contracts
  • Contract management in Salesforce
  • Support of sales and key account managers in day-to-day business
  • Documentation of processes in Confluence and organization of folder structures
  • Organization of the onboarding of new colleagues in the team
  • Creation of KPI reports for management

 

With these skills you complete our team

Mandatory

  • Fluent written and spoken French
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Italian, at least conversational level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Living in Berlin or ready to relocate from day 1

Optional but appreciated:

  • German of any level
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
  • Professional experience in internal sales or other experience in contract management
  • Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • We're open to career changers from the hotel / gastronomy or linguistics industry
