The team

The Finance & BI team at Seven Senders aims at providing the basis for a truly data-driven company. In our data warehouse and finance tool, we combine data from a multitude of data sources along the 7S supply chain for internal and external reporting as well as process automation.  


You have an impact on the following topics


In your role as an FP&A Manager (f/m/x) you will help us to successfully grow our business, organization, and processes. As such, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports on financial and operational KPIs across the whole company as well as managing actively the budget and spending process. You will take ownership for gathering controlling relevant data, their analysis, and for proposing actions based on the data. Thereby you will work cross-functionally together with our management, external stakeholders as well as financial institutions.

  • Prepare, manage and improve our  monthly management, cost and investor reporting 
  • Manage cost development per Cost Center as a proactive business partner
  • Help our sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and optimisation potential
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our reporting processes together with the Accounting and logistics departments at Seven Senders
  • Take ownership for our yearly budget process as well as continuous forecasting
  • Lead strategic initiatives for further growth at Seven Senders (implementing PO process, risk evaluation, etc.)


With these skills you complete our team

  • At least >5 years  of previous experience in Controlling and/or FP&A area or consultancy
  • Experiences in fast moving and developing environments
  • Proven experiences with BI and accounting tools (e.g. Business Central BC365, Looker)
  • Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling skills
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management  skills
  • Very good command of English in speaking and writing (German not required)

Optional:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics
  • Successfully managed diverse projects
