People Experience & Engagement Manager (w/m/x)


Seven Senders is the leading delivery platform to ship parcels. The company connects shippers with its carrier network of over 100 carriers in Europe, enabling them to use excellent local shipping as a competitive advantage. With additional delivery services such as Claims Center, Insurance, Return Portal and Labels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Automated shipping notifications, tracking and monitoring solutions ensure a transparent shipping process. Monthly reports and analyses enable data-based optimization of international shipping performance. Shippers receive everything from a single source and reduce complexity. 


You have an impact! As our new People Experience & Engagement Manager, you will ensure that the people at Seven Senders will embark on a positive and exciting employee journey and have a great experience from Day 1.

The role reports to our People Care & Workplace Lead and will play a key part in enhancing a culture of engagement and employee satisfaction.

  • You will be the employee advocate on the People Team and will partner with senior stakeholders to spark a culture of growth, learning and belonging for employees across all levels
  • You will design and implement Employee Xp strategy and facilitate various programs such as onboarding, development reviews, inclusion & belonging
  • You will manage our people engagement tool, monitor and report scores, derive measures and provide guidance to leaders to foster engagement
  • You will work on projects to foster engagement and further develop our people's experience during our OKR cycles

With these skills and experience, you complete our team

  • You are a passionate and experienced People/HR professional and have a background in one or more areas of the People/HR domain with a focus on organisational culture: Workplace Xp, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement  and/or Employer Branding  
  • You have a proven track record of delivering programs related to Employee Xp, Culture and Engagement that are tangible and easy to implement
  • You have excellent communication skills that help you build strong relationships across all functions and levels
  • You are a people person with a seventh sense for empathy
  • You are fluent in English; every other language is a plus
