Head of Customer Success (f/m/x)


Seven Senders is the leading delivery platform to ship parcels. The company connects shippers with its carrier network of over 100 carriers in Europe, enabling them to use excellent local shipping as a competitive advantage. With additional delivery services such as Claims Center, Insurance, Return Portal and Labels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Automated shipping notifications, tracking and monitoring solutions ensure a transparent shipping process. Monthly reports and analyses enable data-based optimization of international shipping performance. Shippers receive everything from a single source and reduce complexity. 

You have an impact on the following topics:

Build and lead our customer success team (5+) that is responsible to enable and support our customers to maximize the use of our products - from pre-sales to post-sales.

  • Build and lead a product consulting and technical support team
  • Develop new structures, documentation and processes to drive efficiency
  • Foster a team culture focussed on delivering superior customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with sales when pitching our products by designing solutions that meet our prospect’s needs
  • Present and explain our SaaS product portfolio to our clients
  • Prepare and lead pre-implementation calls to prepare our customers for  successful onboarding 
  • Understand customer needs, help to meet them and offer product training
  • Collect, structure and discuss customer feedback with our product management team
  • Lead 1st and 2nd level technical support for our own software applications
  • Work closely with the product and development team to solve software application and interface related technical incidents

With these skills you complete our team:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, software engineering, information technology or comparable course of study
  • 8+ years of relevant practical experience in software product consulting,  technical support for software applications and/or customer success
  • 3+ years managing a team of product consultants, technical support agents or comparable profiles in a B2B environment (preferably in e-commerce or logistics/supply chain management)
  • Proactive, structured, results driven work style with great communication skills
  • Experience presenting SaaS applications to external clients
  • Experience using Excel, Looker or similar tools for data analysis
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar tools for software development, support tickets and documentation
  • Experience working with databases, SQL statements, API
  • Fluent in German and English language skills (at least C1 Level)
  • Experience in the field of logistics or supply chain management is a plus
